Getting Started & Onboarding

Start by contacting us so we can understand your operating model (clinic, marketplace, employer program, or multi-brand network). We'll then set up your platform instance and guide you through configuration and go-live.

Onboarding typically covers platform setup, branding and domain guidance, workflow configuration (booking, video visits, messaging, payments), and portal setup (Patient Portal, Specialist Portal, Organization Portal, and optional Affiliate Portal), plus team training so you can run day-to-day operations confidently.

Timelines depend on complexity (number of brands, portals, workflows, and any integrations). For a straightforward setup, you can move quickly; for multi-brand or multi-stakeholder rollouts, we'll phase the rollout so you get value early while keeping governance and data controls in place.

No. Daraport is implemented with onboarding and configuration support. If you want to validate fit before a full rollout, we can run a scoped pilot with a clear timeline, success criteria, and a configuration that matches your real workflows.

Usually: your brand(s) and domain(s), the patient journey you want (directory vs matching vs assisted scheduling), specialist onboarding requirements, pricing and payment flow, organization structure (if any), and your privacy/compliance preferences like consent and retention policies.

Portals, Roles & Multi-Brand

Because each user type has different goals and data access needs. Patients use the Patient Portal, specialists use the Specialist Portal (daily workspace), organizations use the Organization Portal for oversight, and partners can use the Affiliate Portal for attribution and payouts. Separate portals keep workflows focused and support clear role-based access controls.

Most setups include the Patient Portal + Specialist Portal + Organization Portal. The Affiliate Portal is optional (useful for partner distribution or internal marketing attribution). Modules can be enabled or disabled depending on your use case (booking, secure video visits, messaging, payments, referrals, and more).

Yes. Daraport is designed around role-based access controls so you can define what each role can see and do—across patient data, specialist operations, organization oversight, and partner reporting.

Yes. Daraport supports multi-brand operations where each brand can have its own domain, identity, and business rules—while sharing a unified data layer and (optionally) a shared specialist network.

Both are supported as "organizations." An organization can represent a clinic, clinic network, employer wellbeing program, or a hybrid model. The Organization Portal provides scoped access and reporting while allowing you to keep governance, branding, and workflows consistent.

Patient Journey & Scheduling

Yes. Daraport supports online booking where patients can discover specialists, view availability, and schedule sessions. Specialists control availability, appointment types, and scheduling rules.

Yes. You can support discovery-led journeys (browse and compare specialists) and more guided flows (intake-first matching or allocation). For complex requests, assisted scheduling can be used to keep the experience smooth without breaking operations.

Yes. Intake can be part of the patient journey so specialists have the right context before a session. You can align data collection with your workflows and privacy expectations.

You can use automated reminders and confirmations to reduce no-shows and keep the schedule predictable. Channels and timing depend on your configuration and communications setup (for example, email and optional SMS).

Yes. Scheduling is designed to support real-world operations like time zone handling, recurring appointments, and buffer times—so specialists can protect focus time while keeping capacity visible to patients.

Care Delivery: Video & Messaging

Daraport is designed for browser-based care delivery so patients and specialists can join secure video visits without downloads—reducing friction and support overhead across desktop and mobile.

Yes. Secure messaging supports day-to-day coordination, follow-ups, and sharing relevant documents in the context of the patient relationship—so conversations don't get lost across tools.

Yes. Video visits are designed for clinical workflows and can support features like clear audio/video, optional screen sharing, and privacy-friendly options—depending on your configuration and browser capabilities.

Care delivery is integrated with scheduling and the patient journey. That means specialists can move from booking to session to follow-up with the right context, without switching systems.

Patients can typically rejoin using the same secure session link. If needed, specialists can continue coordination via messaging and reschedule based on your policies—keeping the workflow consistent and documented.

Payments, Pricing & Business Models

Daraport supports flexible payment setups, commonly including Stripe. The right approach depends on whether you want platform-managed payments, specialist-managed billing, or a hybrid model.

Stripe Connect can be used when specialists charge patients directly while the platform takes a commission or fee. It's helpful for marketplace or network models where payouts and splits need to be handled cleanly.

Yes. You can configure pricing strategies that fit your operating model—such as fixed pricing, specialist-defined pricing, subscriptions, promotions for first sessions, or segmented access rules.

Yes. Daraport supports both discovery-led marketplaces (patients browse and choose) and curated or guided models (intake-first matching, fixed pricing, or controlled specialist visibility).

Yes. Reporting and exports can support month-end reconciliation for specialists and operators, including transaction history and sales reporting—reducing manual spreadsheets.

Security, Privacy & Data Controls

Daraport is built with enterprise-grade security practices: encrypted data in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and privacy-focused workflows designed for healthcare operations.
