Affiliate journey
How it works
From joining the program to receiving payouts, every step is designed for transparency and control.
Join the program
Choose open enrollment or invitation-only access. Affiliates complete onboarding by adding business details, accepting program terms, and (optionally) completing required compliance steps. Email verification can be required before activation.
What affiliates can do
Key capabilities
Everything partners need to manage campaigns, track performance, and monitor earnings.
Dashboard
Key metrics at a glance: traffic, registrations, and commissions (today + monthly summaries). Trend indicators and recent activity.
Domains
View all approved domains authorized for promotion. Segment performance reporting by brand, region, or program. Easily scale as new sites are added.
Referral Structure
Organize campaigns by channel or sub-partner (e.g., newsletter vs social, primary vs sub-affiliate). Associate referral setups with one or multiple domains for clean cross-brand reporting.
Referral Codes
Access assigned referral codes with optional aliases for easier tracking. Codes can support incentives like discounts or special offers. Reduce attribution ambiguity compared to link-only tracking.
Traffic Analytics
View unique visitors and total visits over time. Breakdowns by date, referral code, and/or domain. Identify anomalies and optimize channel performance.
UTM Statistics
Reporting based on standard UTM parameters: Source, Medium, Campaign. Evaluate UTM combinations against outcomes: registrations, commissions, commission value.
Referred Registrations
Review referred registration activity using privacy-safe, anonymized reporting. See registration date, domain, referral code used, and attribution context.
Commissions
Line-item commissions with timestamps and amounts. Links to underlying patient transactions for reconciliation. Clear payment status: pending vs paid.
Payments
View all payouts: payment period, status (pending/completed), total amount. See count of included commissions and notes/details. Drill down from payments to individual commission entries.
Actions & Alerts
Surface actionable items: missing business info required for payouts, timezone verification issues, pending compliance requirements. Prevent silent problems proactively.
Help Center
Categories and articles for easy browsing. Shared vs domain-specific content for program-tailored documentation. Reduces support demand and improves onboarding quality.
Account Settings
Profile, payout details (as required), security options, and preferences (language, timezone, notifications).
